Security
Primary Industries and Regions (PIRSA) is committed to ensuring a high level of security in all online transactions.
Therefore, if you use any eBusiness application on this site, all communication is encrypted to minimise the possibility of the information being intercepted. The encryption service employs industry standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security technology. If a message is tampered with, SSL technology will detect the tampering and reject the message.
If you pay online, your credit card payment is processed by Bizgate, the South Australian Government’s secure e-commerce facility, and full credit card details are not recorded by PIRSA.
Notwithstanding the above, PIRSA makes no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of the above encryption and PIRSA is not responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.
